Grand Hall – Beverly IOOF Building

The upstairs Grand Hall of the Beverly IOOF (International Order of Odd Fellows) building, across the street from the Beverly Heritage Center, has been newly renovated, with a generous kitchen and large meeting room with wooden floor and high ceiling. Perfect for banquets, speakers, dances, concerts, and other events. A small P.A. and large projection screen are available, and there is a stair chair for accessibility.

Grand Hall (seats 80) – $300

Rates are for full day rental with round tables and folding chairs. Contact us for discounts for non-profit organizations.

 


Field of Fire Pavilion

This park and pavilion just west of Camp Garnett is available by reservation for special events or personal use and is the perfect venue for weddings, family reunions, graduation parties, or any gathering with friends or family. Facilities include restrooms, showers, the covered pavilion with room for 80 people, and a kitchen complete with sink, refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave. The grounds include a fire pit, a large grassy area to play or pitch a tent, and a hiking trail that connects to Camp Garnett. Rental includes folding tables and chairs. The rental fee is $350. The Field of Fire is available to rent April through October.

Rental procedure:
Contact the Beverly Heritage Center to receive rental agreement
First payment: $175.00 deposit due upon signing to hold rental dates (Deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to key pickup date)
Final payment: $175.00 due before or day of key pickup.
Rental is for Saturday and Sunday, with key pickup on Friday and key return no later than Monday.

Your guests can explore the Beverly Heritage Center museum as they enjoy your event. Event spaces include the glass-walled gallery with adjacent patio or the elegant historic Courthouse. BHC has a small but complete kitchen, ample bathroom facilities, and wifi.

Facilities available for events include:

  • Gallery & Patio (seats 40) – $150
  • Courthouse Museum Space (seats 40) – $150

Please note: There are some dates, especially during tourist season (Summer & Fall), that we cannot close the museum for special events. Talk with us about how we can accommodate your group during these times.
